Brief Description:  CHT sensors

Continued making CHT sensors. I used a 12 volt battery with a sacrificial fuse to "weld" the CHT tips. Results varied and similar rated fuses performed differently. I tried various fuses from 5 to 30 amp ratings. Some blew too soon to get a welded connection, some would not blow before burning up the thermocouple wires. Ended up with just tryng different fuses until I had enough sensors made. Would probably be better to have a large variable resistor to find a setup that works consistantly.

Drilled the heads for the thermocouple #6x1/2" self tapping screws. I selected spots that had access with the intake installed so the sensors can be easily replaced if necessary. It might have been easier to install the screws during engine assembly for easy drilling access and easy chip cleanup.
